Eminem Doesn’t Allow Swearing At Home
The world’s most eminent rapper Eminem minds his P’s and Q’s at home. Who would have thought? The artist is widely known to have a potty mouth and his albums unleash a plethora of swear words, bigotry, and venomous attacks. Over the years his fame has grown and he’s never shown any indication of curbing his cursing. That was, until now.
Eminem (also known as Marshall Mathers) won’t tolerate swearing at home on account of his young daughter whom he wants to raise with a degree of pedigree we wouldn’t have expected from him. There is mounting evidence that the rapper’s carefully crafted musical persona is simply that. A persona. An image he’s created to appeal to his fan base that is at odds with his private life. Could this mean that as an individual he is not as sexist, bigoted and misogynistic as we have been led to believe?
If you take a look at any of his music video clips there are some clues. Eminem doesn’t shy away from poking fun at himself, the music industry and his celebrity status. Especially in the music video clip ‘We Made You’.
Perhaps the reason he’s able to dish it out to everyone else is that it is a creative persona after all, one that allows him to have a go at his own self-styled tough guy rapper image.
